Active Duty Military Membership Benefits
Deployment can be a stressful and uncertain time for our nation’s servicemen and women and their families. The Y is proud to offer memberships to eligible military families and personnel to give them extra support during this difficult period. It’s our way of giving back to those who dedicate themselves to serving our country.
Individuals that are Active Duty will receive a free Adult Membership with the option of paying for an upgrade to add the rest of the family. Verification of Active Duty is required.
Individuals that are currently serving outside the state of Iowa will receive a free Family Membership.

To say thank you, the Mason City Family YMCA offers a 30% membership discount to all veterans, on a membership of the veteran's choice.
Verification of Veteran status is required, and may include the DD-214, Veteran ID or veteran distinction on a driver's license.
