Women's Lifting Event
Join Casey Curoe for a FREE two hour weight lifting clinic for women. The goal is to make you confident and comfortable when stepping into a gym. Learn how to lift properly and lift according to your abilities. We will cover technique and form; progression of lifts; breathing and core stability.
Session 1: 8:00-10:00 a.m.
Session 2: 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
